See AR 670-1, it has all the info there. Looking for a shortcut, you can find everyhwere versions of PDF. I keep a stored on my table for reference.

The flag should be on the shoulder neear right arm upper area of the same area on the left arm, look beyond the area of unity. Dispersed in the area under the flag. Rank goes on on both collars. The ACUS is a lil different.
