BDU shirt sleeve question?

Cos approve? im in a thing that 'the ROTC; s for the Police Department. and where we BDU 's and mine too big. Notes satisfy the once l? rolled on marine style but tonight should be rolled gi?. ? something that we can do to make them not look so? long and great?
