BDU shirt sleeve question?

Cos approve? im in a ROTC type thing for the local Police Department. Where we BDU 's and mine too big. I usually just roll up the sleeves and appears sharp. Tonight was doing a certain thing speacial and wants to bring all l? gi colleague?. How can I make the sleeves not observe what? long and swollen on me?
