Do you think that the US Army should switch back to the BDU?

BDU

I think the ACU is bad for discipline because soldiers don 't must polish the elements of the system and the press iron their uniform. It gives them the difficulties easy and also damages the pride and tradition. In my mind a Soldier 's the uniform is a good reflection of the soldiers themselves. I think also that the drill sergeants to commit almost as clean, medium and professional in ACU. Whatever happened to good old days of inspections of troops to open on Monday morning and has spit the highly polished elements of the leather blacks? I know that the ACU is right for Iraq, Afghanistan, but the DCU was much better. When the army has left the BDU think that has left much of pride, tradition and discipline.

Good looks and functionality are two different things. The ACU is best to not be seen because of radar that spreads on the model. Same for elements of the system unshined. In addition, the troops seem to like best. To me, that 's all that counts, not the eyes. I was really when published OD. Green cotton uniforms. Those baby 's had some sharp once starched and urgent, but I learned to love the press Standing O.D' s and then the BDU 's, but I think the ACU' the s is an update of evil than anything.

Loved bring the BDUs. I think in many ways are more durable and easier to make the then-current ACUS. You didn 't must worry about the velcro giving out, you could hardly wash with detergent and seemed just stand up better to the field. However, quell'uniforme was held for a time in which the sides were few and far in between. I loaded the system requiring the enamel does not have with our current sides. The sands of the desert rip through the old leather boot blacks. And starching your uniform does not do anything but encouraging to light up like a Christmas tree when someone is using the IR. The instructions that came with the BDUs have actually said that you shouldn 't starch from them, but some General who hadn' t seen the fighting in decades decided that the joints were crisp most important battle then l ' effectiveness. The ACU is the Army 's execution of that function should be a priority, even if the cost of aesthetics. However, I would say that the ACU could stand for moving back to the simplicity of the BDU.

There are other senses develop indirectly discipline as the soldiers put the outrage of old uniforms rivestenti iron and loads of little practical blacks spit-shining. Yes, the ACUS seem bad. But look it from an economic perspective and practice.

Not Gradica the ACU at all. AMO my old BDUs. I have much pride in my uploads of highly polished and over-starched uniform. I could slice bread with the bend in my sleeves …. And loved. I loaded my system were spit-polished ALWAYS good … except that I kept couplings for the field. The ACU in pajamas just like me. Plus, fall apart so quickly. Agrees … the BDU are so much more professional look. As for the DCU … Even I have my … liberarselo porto Bevel me of. All cracks and stains lol … … contains many good memories. Maybe Im just influenced … but I have gradetto much better quell'uniforme.

I don 't know if the types have seen them but nevertheless there is a new standard that floats around and now is trying. It's called multi-cams. the Multi-cams are great because they are designed to what really matters ….. REALLY cammuffandolo when you are in the field. Don 't forget that the battle is much more important than the garrison. Work in the office isn 'rear; t going get killed. A uniform gray that looks like a pile of concrete blocks when you want a mission anywhere besides a concrete factory. Pray for multicams.
