Cheap Cheap CHEAP BDU?

Where can I get a really inexpensive Bdu; Making of a ghillie suit. All that I need: shoeglue, cross-linked and jute. All you need is a BDU but really I do not want to spend too much money on a BDU. I have about $ 50.00 but I do not want to spend it all because I might need some extra mesh or jute. I really don 't want to spend a lot about it. If $ 5.00-$ 15.00 possible If that whatever any of the ghillie suit overturn. Thank you

Military / surplus or even benevolence of the navy could be used … but just wash it in hot water with good soap.
